Personalization for orders can be left in the note to seller box at checkout. Be sure to leave any names/birthstones/ font requests for me there. Be sure to always check back to make sure that I haven't left you a convo with any questions about your customization. I love to accommodate custom orders but Stamped Evermore does not stamp profanity, or anything racist or offensive and demeaning.

Since orders are shipped out fast they are started right away, therefore changes to customization and font choice will not be able to be switched if I have already started making your design. If you still would like to make changes before it is mailed out there will be a $25 fee to make changes and production time will have to be extended.

Sterling silver, brass and copper does tarnish, but can be easily cleaned by polishing away with polish pad provided with order. Care sheet will be included on back of business card inside of gift box. Never use chemical jewelry cleaning dips on your jewelry. This will remove the oxidized lettering. Instead polish with the white polish pad provided, or any jewelry polish cloth. When not wearing store your jewelry in a bag to prevent air from hitting it.

Jewelry come packaged ready for giving in black velvet bag and a gift box. Since many orders are sent directly to the recipient, I do not include any kind of receipt with the package. A gift message can be added for you if the item is being sent as a gift, just let me know in the gift message box at checkout.

Returns are not accepted on orders that have been personalized in any way (including font choice) since they have been made specifically for you unless I have made a spelling error. These items can not be resold. Since orders are shipped out fast, they are started right away. If you notice a mistake on your order notify me right away. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact me so that I can correct it. Also, refunds are not given if item is delayed in transit by the postal system, only if it is deemed lost but the postal system after 30 days per investigation. Do not send returns unless I have agreed to accept it. If I have agreed to accept your return it needs to be mailed back within 7 days in same condition recieved.

USPS website update! Alert: USPS is extremely overwhelmed right now, please be patient with them. Due to limited transportation availability as a result of nationwide COVID-19 impacts, package delivery times may be extended. Upgrading to Priority mail is the best option. Priority mail is a priority over first class mail at the post office but is also experiencing major delays. Packages will not be considered lost by USPS for 30 days. Items are getting delivered just later than usual. These workers are working overtime with limited employees available due to Covid exposure. Thank you for understanding.

I do all customization by hand, meaning that each letter is stamped one at a time with special metal tools. Which makes each gift unique. No product will be the same as another. Since it is made by hand it also means that spacing may be different, depths may vary, and everything will not be perfect. This is what makes it so artisan. Hand stamping is deeper and darker than engraved product. Having something made by hand and not mass produced by a machine is beautiful. If you are looking to have a gift that is perfect/even spacing & depth you should choose a machine engraved piece.

Most of my womens cuff bracelets come in the standard size, 6" with a 1" opening. All listings will note size on listing. Other sizes are available if you think you might need a different size. Message me before ordering to make a custom listing
Women’s sizing
Small-measures about 5.5” + a 1” opening. Fits snug women's 6" wrist
Medium-measures about 6” + a 1” opening. Most common women’s size. Fits sung women's 6.5" wrist
Large-measures about 6.5” +1” opening.

Men’s bracelet sizes.
Small-measures about 6” +1.25” opening. Total circumference of 7.25”
Medium- measures about 6.5” + a 1.25 “ opening. Total circumference 1.75 inch. Fits standard men’s wrist size between 7-7.5” (most common)
Large-measures 7”+ a 1.25” open

Returns are only allowed on orders that have not been personalized. Orders that have been customized will not be able to be returned. Orders cannot be returned due to a mistake in customization left on the order form. Please double check all customization on the order form for spelling and punctuation, as it will be stamped the way it is left. If mistake is made on my end the item will be remade for you.
