Custom and personalized orders
I'm sorry but due to health issues, at this time I cannot create any custom orders.
What countries do you ship to?
Due to the shipping restrictions of other countries, at the present time I ship to the United States, Canada, the UK and Ireland. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ITEMS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. MAY INCUR YOUR COUNTRIES TARRIFS OR CUSTOMS FEES. I have nothing to do with that. Please be aware of that prior to your purchase as I do not refund money or take returns if you don't pay your customs fees and your order is returned to me.
Sizing details
I do not size jewelry, so please be sure to check your size and the listing size of each item prior to purchasing. I do not resize rings.

Problem with your order?
We hope you never have a problem with your order from the Rockin' Crystal Shoppe, however if you do have any problem please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do everything to make it right for you. If you are going to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we know, and please ship it back to us within 2 weeks.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and we love happy customers. We don't want anyone to come away from our shop feeling that they had a negative experience.
Care instructions
In most cases, silver jewelry can be easily polished with a silver polishing cloth that you can pick up at your local jewelry shop or local store that sells them.
Please do not immerse any stones in chemicals to clean them. Stones can be wiped off with a soft cloth.

Shipping Returns
Any order returned due to incorrect address or customs rejection will be refunded the cost of the order minus a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or any other undeliverable reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the cost of the item minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs. At our discretion we may reship the order but will require a new shipping charge be paid regardless of if the order was shipped with free shipping. Please verify you address before you order!
