Frequently asked questions
How long will shipping take?
Shipping depends on where you are in the world but also how long it takes for customs to clear your parcel along with any sudden delays but for example if you live in the usa it normally takes two weeks.
Can I track my order?
If you have paid for standard shipping then no but if you upgrade to tracked/signed for when completing checkout then I can get you a tracking number.
Delivery time estimate for International order?
Normally 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days everywhere else for customers living over the pond but always be prepared for postal delays!.
I think my order is lost? HELP!
First off don't panic! Remember you may get flight delays? Postal service and custom delays? Holidays will also set postal services behind. So you need to give it a few extra days!. But I can send you a replacement to the address (and only the address) listed on my invoice!.
How long before I can say my order is lost?
Royal mail states..
We are unable to accept claims for delayed items of international mail. If you are the recipient of the item you should refer the matter to the sender to progress with Royal Mail.
When to claim
We cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 20 working days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) have passed from the due delivery date. All claims must be submitted by the sender within 6 months of posting the item.
My jewellery is damaged!
Don't worry I normally pack them quite well but on rare occasions one does arrive damaged. I will need photos for my claim with Royal Mail and I'm more than happy to send you either a replacement or refund you.
What metal do you use and is it nickel and lead free?
I use an alloy zinc metal and it is free of nickel and lead for those who get skin reactions.

I am more than happy to make replacements if they are lost or damaged. I could also offer you a refund but please note that if you have chosen a standard delivery then you are only covered to the total cost of £20 compensation (this includes the shipping cost!) unless you get the shipping upgrade for recorded/tracked then your covered for compensation upto £50. If you've got any questions then please contact me.
Wrong address? Wrong zip code?
Please check your address! On more than one occasion I've had people with their old address listed or they have the wrong zip code! If you notice this then please either message me or change it before ordering as I will not be held liable for lost items if given the wrong address. If you want a replacement item sent then it will be sent to the original address given and not a different address.
Wholesale availability
I can provide small wholesale items for business's but please remember it's just me, myself and I so please give me some time to complete your order. My minimum order is 10 items!.
Custom and personalised orders
I make custom orders! But can only do it using my own stock of hooters which means I cannot resize a hooter or change it from bronze to silver?. I may have to order some supplies to make your custom piece and this will be added to the overall cost of your order. You are basically asking for a one of a kind unique piece from me and I will want to know exactly how you want it so that you're happy with what I've made you 😊
Once we've discussed what you want I will create a listing just for you and once you have paid I can proceed with your order.
Customs and declaration
Some countries like the USA I have to fill in a CN22 which basically ask what's inside the packet? How much does it weigh? What's the value? And a signature to declare that I'm not breaking the law by sending illegal/prohibited items.
Now when it passes through customs they will look at the cn22 and decide if a customs fee needs to be added before you receive your packet. I will always lower the price value of what's inside so that you aren't slapped with a fee unless you have paid more on the postage (like tracked/signed for) then it doesn't quite matter if I add a bit more to the value.
