The only thing I can say that was better than the communication skills of Stephanie...was HER COOKIES! They were fantastic and a huge hit! I wish I knew how to post a photo. We put the sweet little note cookies on top of our cupcakes! TOO CUTE! They arrived on time and the packaging was perfect! Thank you so very much!!

Although these mason jar cookies were in fact sealed in plastic ( no ribbon included) and in their own small white box, they were shipped in a used cardboard box with newspaper crumpled up as fill. Not what I would expect for a food item. Further, the cookies did not contain a small mark on the jar representing glare, which EVERY photo on this listing contained. When I brought this up to the seller, I was advised that white mason jar cookies, which mine were, don't get a glare marking. Yet, there were white mason jars pictured for the listing with a glare mark. Seller was not at all apologetic, which left me with a bad taste in my mouth, pun intended. I've purchased hundreds of items on Etsy over the years, and I can count on three fingers the number of times I've felt this disappointed in a transaction.

Loved our cookies they were exactly what I wanted and tasted delicious. I picked them up locally and seller was very accommodating.
