Standard Orders will typically be delivered within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment and the requested party details/photo. Orders are processed in the order they are received. On most occasions, I make every effort to deliver an item the same day it is purchased.

Custom Orders may take longer due to the additional time design time required to complete the order.

If you need your order F-A-S-T, you may jump to the top of the list by purchasing an additional Rush Order listing. The original listing item and rush order listing must be purchased together to be processed as a rush order. Please message me before purchasing to see if rush ordering will be available at the time you need it.

YES! If the listing is for a item which is delivered by EMAIL, I am happy to change the wording noted on a sample image for no additional charge. Just include the wording you would like to use under the notes section at checkout, and I will proceed accordingly with personalizing your order. If you require additional changes concerning color scheme, layout, or font style of a design, please message me to further discuss as a separate charge may apply.

YES! My shop now offers printing services for domestic U.S. CUSTOMERS on certain packages and invitations. Printing services are based upon availability, timing of delivery, and your location. All of my party supplies should print successfully on a home color ink jet or laser printer using cardstock or regular paper. Further, the invitation is formatted like a standard photo in .JPG format and can be uploaded and printed at your local photolab (such as Walmart, SamsClub, Walgreens, or CostCo). You may also print at commercial printers such as Office Max, Office Depot, and Staples.

It is recommended to print one sample image to ensure you are satisfied with the finished result prior to printing an entire order. Please contact me if you require assistance with printing your digital image as I am ALWAYS happy to assist my customers.

Please note, all files are delivered in either JPG or PDF format as described in the purchased listing. However, I am happy to deliver the images in either JPG, PNG, or PDF format if you prefer.

If you require a file format that is not a JPG, PNG or PDF, please message me to further discuss prior to delivery of the order. Most alternate file formats can be accommodated; however, requests to deliver design elements in their "native file format" will be respectfully declined due to the nature of my business. If the selected printer requires such format, please message me as I will be happy to provide alternate printer recommendations which accommodate a JPG for PDF file format.

An order will be personalized with your party details and will be delivered as described or shown in the offered listing.

Additional changes to a design, including but not limited to color scheme, layout, placement of the photo, or font style, may require a separate charge. If you are interested in design changes, please message me to further discuss. I am always happy to discuss a CUSTOM ORDER and confirm whether a separate charge may apply.
