5 out of 5 starsMy second walking stick from Studio Northern Lights, and I'm hard put to tell you which one I like better. Sturdy, useful, and absolutely beautiful sticks! I can't say I look forward to the days that my bad ankles put me on a cane, but I feel pretty cool stepping out with this stick!

5 out of 5 starsLove it! The workmanship in the handle is undoubtedly of professional quality, and the blade is both sharp and exceptionally sturdy. The wood appears solidly glued/epoxied to the tang, and I have no doubt whatsoever that this knife will last a very long time. The sheath fits like a glove, and appears solidly crafted. Seller was very accommodating regarding my delayed shipping request. Package took longer than expected to arrive, but I believe this was due to the fact it was shipped during the holiday season. I would definitely purchase from this seller again, and highly recommend them and their work to others.

Almost done making a custom magic wand from bubinga and lignum vitae wood. -
The raw materials for several waking canes, cherry wood and east indian rosewood. -
Turning a spindle walking cane top on the wood lathe made of east indian rosewood. -
Making a walking cane bottom shaft on the wood lathe from cherry wood. -
Rounding over a cocobolo wood knife handle on my router table takes a steady hand. Hand sanding to 1000 grit is next.
