1 out of 5 starsI never received the products. It's a shame, cause the shop is really appealling. After quite a few days of delay with the shipping, I wrote to the seller. She initially told me she'd had COVID and she hadn't been able to ship the package --which is perfectly understandable. She told me she would send it by the following Monday. I wished her well and waited. And waited. And waited. No shipping notice, nor tracking number. I wrote back. She never answered. I wrote back again twice. She never answered. Sufficiently pissed off by the whole thing, I opened a case with Etsy to get a refund. Luckily, Etsy was **really** fast and I got my money back promptly. No need to repeat that the seller never answered. I understand personal circumstances, but I do not understand the total disrespect for your customers and your business.

1 out of 5 starsPOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY DISAPPOINTED, Seller NEVER SENT the envelopes I bought 1 MONTH AGO. She IGNORED all attempts to resolve. Etsy fully refunded me after a case was finally opened. Your reviews now show this PATTERN. What's the point of being in business if you take money but don't send your product and ignore several of your customers?

1 out of 5 starsI ordered something on 9th July and after an initial apology around a month later from the seller explaining the long delay, they have failed to reply to my subsequent messages or send the item. I am really disappointed and only writing this review in the hope it gets me somewhere after three months of waiting because it looks perfect for me!

1 out of 5 starsVery disappointed with this seller. I never received my order, never contacted me and Etsy has decided to intervene in and issue a refund to me. What really annoys me the most is that she never responded to my messages.
