THE FLOWERS ARE FRESHLY HARVESTED BEFORE SHIPPING AND THE TIMING FOR DELIVERY AND THE TIME THEY ARE NEEDED FOR AN EVENT, SHOULD BE 1 OR 2 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE NEEDED. THEY MAY BE NEEDED FOR FREEZING THEM INTO ICE CUBES OR BAKING THEM ON COOKIES ETC, THEN THEY ARE PRESERVED.
IF THEY ARE BEING USED FRESH ON CAKES OR FOR COCKTAIL GARNISHES. THEY ARE BEST DELIVERED 1 OR 2 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT AND MUST BE PLACED IN YOUR REFRIGERATOR IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL.IT IS UP TO THE CUSTOMER
TO FOLLOW THE TRACKING. TRACKING NUMBERS ARE SENT TO THE BUYER THE AFTERNOON OR EVENING OF SHIPMENT.

1. FRESH FLOWER AND FRESH HERB SHIPPING DAYS ARE TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS,THURSDAYS AND FRIDAYS.(UNLESS A HOLIDAY)
2. DELIVERY DAYS ARE WEDNESDAYS THROUGH SATURDAYS (UNLESS A HOLIDAY)
3. ORDERS FOR FRESH FLOWERS AND/OR FRESH HERBS MUST BE PLACED IN A SEPARATE CART PAGE TO ORDER BECAUSETHEY INCUDES THE COST OF OVERNIGHT SHIPPING AND ARE SHIPPED BY FED EX AND NOT BY U.S.P.S.
AS YOUR OTHER PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED.

Etsy convos are answered timely 7 days a week and I will schedule the delivery for you as close to the datethey are NEEDED. That date should be typed into the personalization box on your order page.
Options for "NEEDING" fresh flower shipping times:
1. We can ship up to 21 days in the future of the date you order but not any further ahead than that. Type your date in the box below and I will schedule it in for you.
2. If you need them A.S.A.P then type A.S.A.P. into the personalization box and we will ship as soon as possible..
3. If you need them shipped the same day and you are ordering on a Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday or Friday,
then you must order and make payment by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard time. If the order is late, it will be shipped OUR next business shipping day
(ie if you are after 12 on a Friday afternoon ordering,
they will be shipped the following Tuesday). Timing is SO important with perishable flowers.
You will be sent a confirmation of the shipping date as well as tracking..

Q.Do they always have to ship overnight with ice?
A Yes they do and they should be refrigerated upon arrival.
Q. How long do they stay fresh after arrival?
A. At least 5 days refrigerated in the bottom drawer. The thicker petaled flowers such as roses will keep for 5 to 8 days.
Q. How are they delivered?
A. Usually by Fedex and there isn't deliveries on Sundays or Mondays!
Q. Will you schedule my deliver for a date in advance?
A. Yes. I keep an event calendar, consider holidays Sundays and Mondays when there are no deliveries, and reserve the flo
