5 out of 5 starsUnfortunately -- through no fault of SunshineOnAStem, only the postal service -- this item was severely damaged from mishandling in the mail. Even though I didn't get to enjoy it when it arrived, SunshineOnAStem was so easy to work with. She shipped it out quickly, and when it arrived in a mangled mess, she was just as heartbroken as I was and worked quickly to send me a refund and file a claim with the post office. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. If something so cute pops up in her shop again, I will definitely be a repeat buyer!
