Making A Purchase
We accept most credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the world's largest credit card processing companies.
If you are shopping outside the UK, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency.
Credit Card Security
When you place your order you will be redirected to PayPal to process the transaction using their secure servers. Personal information is encrypted - including card number, name and address. We will not see your credit card number

Shipping
We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to ship products in the UK, and Royal Mail Airsure for locations outside the UK.
ALL ORDERS FROM COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION MUST USE A VERIFIED PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND DELIVERY WILL BE MADE TO THE ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT ONLY.
Delivery Schedule
All items are held in stock or made or printed to order as specified in the product listing, and will normally be despatched to you within 3 working days from receiving your order. If there is a reason we will not be able to despatch within these timescales (for example if we are off getting inspiration from some far flung location) we will display a message on the shop to advise you of the date normal service will be resumed. We do not dispatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances. If you are resident in the UK or Ireland and have not received your goods within 7 days of placing an order, please contact us immediately. All overseas orders please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If your order goes missing in transit, we will send you a MISSING ORDER DECLARATION FORM which you must fill in and return to us. This allows us to escalate our enquiry with the Royal Mail Service. Following the outcome of our enquiries a refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion.
Back Orders
If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us and return the product to us. We will repair or replace the item free of charge and take your case up with the Royal Mail.
