Lead Times:
"Ready to Ship" non-personalized items are ready to ship in just 1-3 business days. Jewelry is ready to ship in 1-2 business days. Personalized stamped clay items are ready to ship in about 10-14 days. Personalized keepsake boxes and printed items are ready to ship in 2-6 business days. If you need it sooner please contact us, we are able to expedite many of our products. We'll send an email with the tracking information once your order ships so you can keep an eye on the delivery progress.
Shipping Times:
Standard domestic shipping takes about 3-7 business days to arrive. Standard international shipping can take 14-21 business days or more. Upgraded shipping for faster delivery is available at checkout for most items. Please provide us with a phone number that can be reached in the event that Customs or the final mile carrier needs to contact you. Transit times are expected, not guaranteed
Returns:
We do accept returns on items that aren't personalized within 7 days of receiving the items. There may be a small restocking fee applied to the return. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Holiday Postal Delays:
We cannot refund or remake an order for a shipping delay unless USPS/FedEx officially claims the parcel as lost. Due to the new USPS regulations transit times will be longer than initially expected.

Frequently asked questions
What is the text color on the ceramic keepsake boxes and can it be changed?
Our standard keepsake text color is a deep brown/sepia. If you would like a different text color, please let us know. We can change the color for an additional fee.
Our ceramic pieces themselves are only available in our standard white or off-white color (shown in the listing) due to the clay and glaze we use.
I need an order faster than your lead time - can you rush it?
We can almost always rush an order if you need it quickly. If you need an item for an upcoming event, please add the date you need it by in the order notes of your cart or in a message before or after purchase.
Upgraded shipping for faster delivery is available at checkout for most products. Both lead time and shipping time need to be considered when estimating arrival times.
Do I need to request a custom order if I want to personalize or change the text?
You do not need to request a custom order if you are only personalizing or making slight modifications to the text. You can add your custom text to the notes to seller section when you check out.
Can you send a proof for my item?
Since our items are made by hand, we are only able to send a digital proof of the provided text. If you would like a proof or to confirm your text, please include that request in your order notes or send us a message.
Can I send my order directly to the gift recipient with a gift note?
Yes! We can mail a gift directly to the recipient. Please include the recipient's address in the shipping section and add the gift note to the 'notes to seller' section. We also won't include any pricing information.
Are your ceramic items dishwasher safe, lead-free, microwavable, and food safe?
All our glaze and clay is non-toxic, lead-free and food safe. We recommend gently hand washing any items with a soft cloth and mild soap. We do not recommend placing our items in the dishwasher or microwave.
Do you check my custom text for spelling and grammatical errors?
No, we are not able to proof read each order. Please CHECK ALL SPELLING AND GRAMMAR, we are not responsible for those errors (including spell check errors). Please double check your text before and after the order is submitted. We will use the exact text that is provided to us. Once your order is received, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We will contact you with any questions.
Can you send a photo of my item before it is shipped?
Since all our items go straight from the kiln to the shipping department, we are unable to send a photo, but we will add the text exactly as it is written in the order notes. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order.
International packages:
Please provide us with a phone number that can be reached in the event that Customs or the final mile carrier needs to contact you. Standard international shipping can take 14-21 business days or more. Upgraded international shipping is faster than standard and transit time depends on location.
There may be additional fees due upon receipt for international parcels. We do not know if or when a package will be charged or taxed, and we are not legally authorized to assess or collect VAT, duty or other import taxes on behalf of the destination country. All duties, VATs, or other taxes to be collected at the time of delivery will be arranged between the recipient and the delivering postal entity.
My item arrived damaged - can I receive a replacement?
Yes! You MUST open your order and let us know if there is any damage within 7 days of receiving it. Please send a photo of the broken item, the box it arrived in and the shipping label on top of the box.
