I do not accept returns on any personalized custom items.
How often do you answer shop messages?
My typical work week is Monday - Friday.
Every effort is made to answer your questions as soon as possible 7 days a week 24 hours a day but, on weekends there may be a delay in my response.
Please be certain your messages are very important to me and I do check my Etsy account a few times a day on weekends.

What if my item is damaged or lost?
SweetBOriginals is always here to help with shipping issues. Please keep in mind SweetB is not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items, damages, or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. Please take photos of any damaged items and be prepared to help fill out insurance forms. If time allows I will get a replacement to you asap. If time does not permit a replacement you will be issued a full refund after insurance approves the claim.
Will I get a proof?
Due to the time sensitivity of each order, proofs are not offered unless requested. If you request a proof, it is our pleasure to send it via Etsy messenger. A timely reply is appreciated so that our processing can meet the time frame stated in listing.
Will my package arrive in time for my event?
Sweet B Originals makes every effort to get each order out in a timely manner. It is your responsibility to choose the shipping option that fits your needs. Each item offers a range of shipping options. Standard shipping is USPS first class from Florida. USPS estimates 1 - 3 BUSINESS days. First class mail is not guaranteed and normally takes approx 5 days. Priority mail is quoted by USPS to take 1 - 3 BUSINESS DAYS. Priority mail is not guaranteed but is pretty reliable for being on time.
Priority Mail Express is the fastest mail service offered by the Postal Service. It provides guaranteed 1-Day or 2-Day expedited service by 3 p.m.
