1 out of 5 starsWas pretty disappointed. It took a terribly long to arrive and then was disappointed when I opened the box and found that none of my customized requests were made. I ordered mid December and after a month of not hearing anything, I emailed seller and got a response that my order might have been “overlooked”. I sent an email being very understanding and reminding them of the personalization that I had requested and they agreed to since my order had somehow been lost. I wanted to be sure they understood what I wanted. I waited 2 weeks more and still no info that order had shipped. Several emails sent and never responded to. Finally got a message that some unexpected things came up and they’d get it out right away. I finally got my order yesterday and the colors aren’t right. Very frustrated.

I messed up my order (wanted the canvas and ordered the paper stock) but they noticed my mistake - contacted me - corrected it and it still made it before the date of our event! Love the print on canvas and I know my daughter is going to love it too!! Thank you for such stellar service !!

1 out of 5 starsI purchased this item on sept 29, it is now October 15 and I was told it was shipping on October 2. I needed it for a baby shower I am planning this coming weekend. I received no other info so I messaged seller saying I had not received my item yesterday and today I get a cancellation saying they’ve had some technical difficulties. While I appreciate the refund as I cannot use the item even if it were shipped now because it wouldn’t be here in time for the shower, I am extremely upset because I no longer have time to order a similar item as nobody can make it and ship it in time for the shower.

2 out of 5 starsWe are really happy with the item showing up, but disappointed in the lack of response. I ordered my wall art on Sept 9. I received it this Sat (Oct 5) . I had to keep reaching out to the owner to see if they mailed the product . I feel if someone ordered something from you and it's not mailed timely you should let them know. Not having them guessing to find out what happened. Clear communication would of been great , but that is not what I received.
