4 out of 5 starsOnly complaint is the chain is really small. I know it's a chocker, but my neck needed just two or three more links to be comfortable. Luckily I own the tools to adjust for my needs. Beautiful heart charm. Doesn't have the metal "specks" that the phot does, but that wasn't terribly important for me. Just a heads up to others. Overall really nice product! And the customer service and packing was really sweet and thoughful.
