* Payment must be received within 2 days of purchase, otherwise the order will be canceled and I will relist the item.

* Payment for custom orders should be made within 72 hours upon our shop accepting commission, otherwise orders will be cancelled.

* I ship worldwide.

* Normal order processing can take between 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday) after I receive payment confirmation.

* Etsy do now charge a 5% fee on shipping costs.

* The shopping cart system combine shipping costs. Anyway after your order is placed and filled out, I check this, and once I know the final cost of shipping required I then will refund you any difference over €1.50

* Combined shipping basically means that the items you have purchased will be shipped together in the same package.

* The shipping costs include stamp, packaging and handling.

* Orders are shipped via Standard Air Mail. NO INSURANCE. NO TRACKING.


* TRACKING IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY. IT MUST BE PURCHASED AND ADDED BY YOU WHEN YOU ORDER.


* If you want you order is sent by Registered Mail with TRACKING Number and Insurance, you must add Mail Upgrade to Registered Mail that you will find on my shop, in MAIL UPGRADE Section (the small extra charge is worth it for the extra peace of mind, I think).
In event of lost package or damaged items, I will be able to make a full refund or a resend!
If Mail Upgrade is not purchased, your order will be shipped as Standard Mail and I cannot be responsible in events of lost packages or damaged items.


* As a seller I am not held accountable for mail that is late or lost and therefor I am not required to give a refund. Once I have made up an order, addressed a package with stamp and customs slip I take a photo as evidence of having fulfilled my requirement of the sale. This photo is accepted by Etsy as proof of sending and what I sumit if a case of 'Not received' is opened. I can not be held accountable for what another company or business does with the mail once it is no longer in my possession.


** ITALY and MEXICO** due to packages not arriving when shipping to these countries, all orders are always shipped by Registered Mail, which requires a signature upon delivery.

* All items are carefully boxed up.

* All the expensive items (over 100€) are shipped insured.

* INTERNATIONAL buyers are responsible for all additional custom fees or import taxes (VAT). In addition, purchases cannot be marked as a “gift” as that is illegal and considered mail fraud.
* INTERNATIONAL orders can take 2-12 weeks to arrive to you, depending on your package size, your country's customs and postal systems, and the time of year.

* I will always ship to address given in the Etsy checkout unless otherwise stated.


*****INCORRECT ADDRESSES******

Please understand that it is your responsibility to verify that Paypal/Etsy has the correct shipping address on your account. An incorrect address will cause your order to be delayed.
If you place an order and then realize you've provided an incorrect address, please notify me immediately by contacting me here using the conversation feature. If it has already been shipped, then I will have to wait until it is returned to me before I will ship it again to your correct address.

Additional shipping charges will apply to resend your order. If it is never returned to me, you must repurchase your order.

I am not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by you.
No refunds are provided for lost orders due to incorrect address.
