TerraformaStudio's Shop Policies
I promise that I will do everything possible to make sure that all of my customers are happy, and all transactions are quick and professional.
I expect to receive payment within 2 days of order confirmation. Please be sure that you check your spam inbox if you don't get a confirmation from me within 2 days. If you will be unavailable or away from your computer for some time after you place your order, please give me alternate contact information to begin processing your order.
I must charge sales tax for orders going to California residents only.
All orders will be shipped within 1–2 business days of payment, unless I inform you otherwise. Shipping of custom orders will vary, and will be discussed at time of order.
I usually ship USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. Domestic U.S. delivery will usually take 2-10 days; international deliveries may take as long as weeks and can be unpredictable. Please remember that shipping near any holiday time can be very slow; priority upgrades should be requested if speedier delivery is needed. Any upgrades such as signature confirmation or faster delivery are available upon request.
Because ceramics can be fragile, I will always include insurance in the shipping charge.
My neighbors in the Los Angeles area are welcome to pick up their purchases in person to save shipping cost—please let me know at checkout if you want this, and the full shipping cost will be refunded.
I strive to recycle and reuse packaging materials as much as possible, so the package outside may not always be pretty but what's inside will always arrive beautiful and intact (barring unforeseen catastrophes!).
If your purchase is a gift going directly to the recipient, please let me know—I will include a tag with your gift message if you wish. Just provide me with gift info in the note to seller at checkout. Of course, I will not include the invoice with the gift unless you specifically request it.
I will ship internationally, but setting up shipping costs for every listing is very time consuming. If you are outside the U.S. and are interested in an item, please contact me and I will respond quickly with a shipping cost to your address.
IMPORTANT NOTE: International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes & Additional Postal Fees
Refunds and Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please convo me and I will strive to make you happy again!
Buyers requesting a refund must contact me within 14 days of receipt of item. I will either see what can done to make you happy with your purchase, or I will start the refund process. I will refund full purchase price minus shipping charge. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless item is defective or not what was ordered.
If any item is damaged during shipping, you should contact the carrier first (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to file a claim, and then please let me know what has happened - see notes about insurance in my shipping policy. I pack every item with extreme care to arrive in perfect condition; I can't be held responsible for items damaged during shipping, but I will help you to resolve this problem with FedEx/USPS.
I do not offer refunds for items that are lost or damaged during shipping, or by the buyer.
Custom orders cannot be returned.
