Thank you for visiting my shop! With USPS' continued delays we cannot definitively say when an order will arrive once it has been dropped off at the post office. Etsy delivery date ranges are estimates and do not take into account supply or mail delays. We want to be upfront and realistic, but we hope to get everyone’s orders to them in the most timely manner allowable. While I can guarantee my delivery windows, what USPS does is unfortunately out of my control. As such I can no longer confidently say orders will arrive before Christmas. Thank you!

Frequently asked questions
When will my item ship?
Please refer to the estimated delivery window once you have the item in the cart. Typically please allow 3-5 business days for the completion of your item before shipping as each item is monogrammed by me. There can be longer turnaround times during holidays and if I am on vacation.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom or personalized orders can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours after order is placed. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on personalized items, unless it is there was an error due to the shop.
Digital mock-ups are available upon request, please take advantage of this service to ensure you will like the font you selected as returns will not be accepted for this reason. It is very important to read the description under each listing that provides detailed information about sizing, color, etc.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns on personalized items. However if there was an error in personalization due to the shop please contact us for information on a replacement.
Inquiries for a return/exchange due to disliking the font chosen are not accepted as I offer free digital mock-ups upon request.
Forced returns will not be accepted.
Shipping labels are printed through Etsy so please make certain the address is correct. If an item is returned to my shop for insufficient address, the customer will be contacted and asked to pay the shipping fee again to have it shipped to the correct address.
Item not received or late
For physical items which were shipped, check your shipping address on file with Etsy. If the address is correct and the item is marked "DELIVERED" with USPS, please contact your local USPS office to inquire about locating the package. Once the item is confirmed as delivered I am unable to offer a refund or replacement
We are not responsible for items lost in the mail, shipping delays or customs clearance delays and charges since they are not in our control.
