Custom and personalised orders
I am very happy to answer questions about custom order.
Please send images or ideas of what you’d like created, your event date, shipping address and budget if you have one. Additional charges may apply to custom orders.
Care instructions
Fondant must NOT be refrigerated.
All parcels will contain storage and handling instructions.
What is the best before time frame with fondant?
Nearly all the little creations in the shop have a 6-8 month shelf life.
Treat them as you would a bag of sugar in the kitchen pantry.
International Shipping
Lots of my beautiful customers are from international destinations, your edible product will travel to you in good condition.
Please allow time for shipping & customs as shipping costs are not refundable.
It will take a minimum of 10 days for your package to be delivered once it has left me.
I do not refund on items until a minimum of 30 days has expired.

My Decoration was damaged in the mail, what can I do about it?
If this is the case, I am truly sorry your piece was damaged. All
Items are packed in good condition and packed with care. However, sometimes the mail is a little rough. If you have a small break, just follow the instructions in your parcel.
If it looks unacceptable after repair or it is beyond repair, just send me a message. I will do my best to get a new piece to you ASAP ( if there is time) or we can discuss a return. Please don't hesitate to contact me.
