Raised a mid-western girl from the age of two in the state of Nebraska. My artistic talents showed up early, sometime before kindergarten. I still can feel the excitement that I experienced as a child, my memories of how much joy it was when I would receive a new box of crayons or a pack of markers. It was the colors...not just one but all the colors made me extremely happy and once they were in hand a peace and calm would wash over me. Not wanting to be taken out of the serene bubble which encompassed me while creating. Even now, being a grown woman I still experience the same level of excitement at times when I buy new materials or when I start a new project. I am someone who enjoys taking risks in my little creative world. I am an Artist.

I create Mixed Media Paintings. My Process tends to be to start with my acrylic paints first to cover the empty canvas or paper. Next it is on to many different materials such as but not limited to paper, pencil, oil pastels, watercolor crayon, stencils and recycled materials,etc, etc.... It’s all about putting my energy into the piece, just going for it.

The jewelry I create I categorize as art jewelry. Hand sculpting and using handmade stamps my avant-garde jewelry is what I call Rustic Glamor, always evoking a BoHo Chic feeling. This jewelry is for people that a stylish, enjoy well crafted one of a kind pieces. Although I may make a few pieces that look alike at a glance each piece is always a bit different in the shapes because they a handmade.
