The clocks we offer for sale consist of mechanisms, movements, and structures that are “vintage” or “antique”. We do our best to prepare them for many more years of trouble-free service, however with age things sometimes do break down. It is our desire for you to enjoy and be happy with the clock you have purchased.
We warranty the clock you have purchased from us to work properly for a period of thirty days from the date of purchase. Should the clock fail to work properly during this period, we will repair it if possible, or replace the mechanism or movement with an appropriate replacement if available. If we cannot repair or replace as needed, we will offer a replacement clock or refund.
