It is not our intention to make a profit from postage fees, therefore if we find that postage and packaging does not cost as much as we have requested we will refund you in units of $1.

We normally find that packages arrive in the US and Canada from UK within two weeks of posting, the parcel will leave UK on the day of posting, but it's not unusual according to other UK sellers for a parcel to take up to 6 weeks to arrive, especially during the Christmas season, but so far we have found that two weeks is about average.
