Going way back... As an only child to a mostly single parent, I developed quite an imagination. I loved movies, writing, and creating things. I first started my career as a Cosmetologist. Not feeling excited about cutting hair after four years, I decided to return to college to study Marine Biology (I love the Ocean). Being new to the college scene and just turning 21, my wild side took over and learning biology failed me at the deeper level. Although, at the physical level I was a pro! I switched into Theatre/Film, since (it was easier :) I signed up for some backstage work study (being a hairdresser and all). Next thing you know I was building sets and props in the scene shop and doing costumes and hair!

I finally decided to leave my home in Minnesota to finish college at California State University-Humboldt, where they offered more in-depth film, dance, make-up and costumes-I was saved! After 5 years, I finally received an M.F.A. degree in Theatre Arts. Two days later I moved To Las Vegas to work for Cirque du Soleil and Blue Man Group as a costumer. After 6 years (3 of which prompted me to create Fundoo after my over-use injures), I left the circus to heal and share in Los Angeles, CA.

Throughout my life I have always loved dancing/movement, although had never pursued it professionally. I have experience in Indian dance, Jazz, Tap, Irish, Middle Eastern, Aikido, Tae Kwon Do, Kalaripattayu, Tai Chi and even a bit of fencing! My first ever was baton twirling as a young girl. Great eye-hand coordination, btw! My heart finally gave in to my passions in 2010, and I received my AFAA Group Fitness Instructor Certification so I could share all this fun. Although, I've let it go due to yearly corporate demands.

Over the last three years of constant work-related injury and healing, sharing became non-existent on the physical level. My healing journey blossomed into practicing yoga only to take a class in 2011 with Hemalayaa Behl to teach yoga and Indian Dance. In 2012, a journey to India gave me the gift of Reiki healing for those who need to de-stress both their body and minds and a new experience learning Face Yoga through Aiyana Wellness. I studied several art forms there including; the classical dance, Kathak, and the South Indian martial art form, Kalaripayattu, to bring some great experience back with me for my new classes and inspirations in designs.

I became a Ususi Reiki Master in 2016 to really deepen my own healing and meditations and share it with others, including pets :). This is where my meditation pillows really are getting put to good use for healers and therapists of all distinctions.

Currently, I live in Cloquet/Duluth area in MN and am a Licensed Massage Therapist (for both people and dogs!). I teach Bollywood Dance, and I also design Dog Costumes-find Hounds of Hell Boutique! Having a background in entertainment, i also give Ghost Tours and have been featured on Ghost Adventures-The London Bridge in April of 2020! I hope to hear from you soon!
