5 out of 5 starsOur new tradition--a cozy just for Christmas Eve and Day (as well as some fun days leading up to the holidays). We expect Father Christmas will enjoy having the pot of tea we leave him graced with this lovely cozy! We're still enjoying the other tea cozies ordered from you in the past, too.

I accept payment by the following methods:

PAYING BY PAYPAL
I expect payment to be received within 48 hours. Payment not received within this time will unfortunately mean that your order is cancelled.
PAYING BY MONEY ORDER
Etsy policy allows for 7 days in which a money order must arrive for a transaction to be fufilled. If you wish to pay for your purchase using a Money Order, please contact me prior to placing your order.
As the postal system is sometimes not as reliable as it should be, please advise me when the order was posted. Likewise, I will confirm receipt. Money orders not received within 21 days and without any communication will cause your transaction to be cancelled.

As the postal system is not always as reliable as it should be, please advise me when the cheque has been posted. I will deposit the cheque within 48 hours of receipt. Cheques usually take between 5 and 7 business days to clear. Items will not be despatched until payment has cleared.

Shipping
Items are shipped using the UK Royal Mail service. Delivery time depends on the destination but for UK customers items will be posted 1st class and should be delivered within 1-2 working days. For customers outside the UK, delivery should be made within 3-5 working days.

Additional policies and FAQs
I welcome custom orders. Once agreed, I require 50% deposit up front with the balance paid on completion of the project. Deposits on custom orders are non refundable.
