Care instructions
Jewelry is water resistant but not waterproof. Please remove before showers, bathing or swimming.
When not in use keep your jewelry in a cool, dry, and dark place, such as a jewelry box or a pouch, to prevent any possible fading, tarnishing, or scratching.
Customs
For International orders, buyer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, taxes, etc that may apply. These are the customers responsibility. Please refer to your country's custom policies.
When do you ship?
I ship every Monday to Friday. First thing in the morning. My local post office is closed on Saturday and Sunday (Canada). Orders placed on Friday will be shipped Monday morning.
Do you do wholesale?
I currently don't do wholesale. Especially during the holiday season. I do keep prices low and affordable. Keep your eyes open for sales and free shipping deals.
Do you do local pickup / drop off?
Not at this time. Due to living arrangements and safety I offer online shipping only. No exceptions, sorry.
Shipping Address
Before checkout, please ensure you have your correct address listed. If you've recently moved, please update your info. Once the item has shipped it's on it's way to the address you have listed and can't be changed. No refunds due to lost or undelivered mail from wrong address. This is the responsibility of the customer. If the item is returned to me a refund will be issued, minus shipping.

USA: Shipped via Tracked Packet. Follow your tracking number for updates. Free shipping on orders $35+
Shipping (Canada)
Canada: All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Oversize Lettermail (no tracking).

Why upgrade to tracked shipping?
Tracked shipping via Canada Post is a reliable and fast option for your orders. You can track your package online and get updates on its delivery status. Tracked shipping is so much faster than lettermail (stamps). Lettermail can sometimes take as long as 4 weeks or more to arrive (depending on location). Tracked shipping may cost more but it is worth it for the convenience, speed and peace of mind it offers.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES (2023):
Please order by December 6th to avoid any potential delays. Ordering after this date there are no guarantees your package will arrive in time for Christmas. Every day after Dec 6 increases the probability of postal delays.
Packages are delivered by Canada Post and USPS. Any postal / weather or customs delays are out of my control. I want you to receive your package in time just as much as you do. So please order early.
-USA: Please expect your order to take up to 1.5 to 3 weeks to arrive. Follow your tracking number for updates.
-CANADA: Please expect your order to take up 1.5 to 3 weeks to arrive. Remote areas may take up to 4 weeks. Upgraded shipping with tracking is available at checkout.
