When should I order my cookies?: Order ASAP but put the date you need to receive your order in notes. We will bake and ship your cookies accordingly so that they arrive fresh and on time.

Can you make custom designs?:

Yes! To place a custom order, please visit our website, hayleycakesandcookies.com, click the place an order link, then fill out a custom cookie order form. From there we will contact you with a quote!

I'm in Austin, can I order for pick up so I don't have to pay shipping?:

Yes! Please put the date and time that you would like to pickup in the Notes From Buyer section of the order form. (Please note that currently placed orders may affect your request) The Etsy system will require payment of shipping but as soon as we see your request we will refund your shipping charges.

Can I get an etsy set with different colors (or different writing)?:

Yes! Most of our sets can be changed to update colors, or add a name.

How much do custom orders through your website cost?:

Pricing is dependent on your custom designs.

Do you have a minimum for custom orders?:

Custom order require a minimum of 12 large cookies or 3 dozen mini cookies.

Do you ship cookies?:

Yes, we ship nationally. Your cookie order is placed on the next available date on the bakery calendar. After they are made we use FedEx or USPS and most of our orders take 2-4 days of shipping time, depending on your location.

Can I get my cookies made gluten free? Yes! However, there is an additional charge. Please visit our website, hayleycakesandcookies.com, click the place an order link, then fill out a custom cookie order form. Make sure to attach images of the etsy set you want, and include the etsy price in your design description, as well as notating that you would like them to be gluten free. From there we will contact you to get you paid out and arrange a pick up time! We are NOT a gluten free facility, however, we have a large celiac's fan base who swear by our cookies.

I Like two different sets and want to split my order between sets. Can I do that?

Make sure to attach images of both etsy sets you want, and include the etsy price of each set in your design description. From there we will contact you to get you paid out and arrange shipment or pick up!

I want to order just one dozen, but I want to ship to multiple locations, can I do that?

Yes! please visit our website, hayleycakesandcookies.com, click the place an order link, then fill out a custom cookie order form. Make sure to attach images of the etsy set you want, and include the etsy price in your design description, as well as the multiple addresses you'd like to ship to. From there we will contact you to get you paid out and arrange shipment. Please note, the minimum price for shipping is $20 so, for instance, if you want to ship 6 cookies to one location and 6 cookies to another, you will pay $40 in shipping.

Each cookie is individually inspected multiple times throughout the production and packaging process, and no cookies leave our shop that are not in perfect shape.
