SHIPPING DELAYS: If your item states delivered by USPS tracking and you claim to have not received it, do the following: (1) Verify the screenshot of the address mailed to that YOU provided. If it is correct then call your local post office as they are able to verify the GPS coordinates of the package delivery location and possible retrieve the package if delivered incorrectly. (2) If USPS is able to confirm the delivery as well, assume the package is stolen, in which case the you as the customer should file a police report as stealing mail is a federal offense. (3) send me the report ID which I use to verify and file a claim with USPS.

PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE TIME FOR DELIVERY. THERE ARE CONSTANT USPS DELAYS!

PAYMENTS: At this time I only take ETSY Direct Check out.

INTERNATIONAL: Please CONVO me for your country postage. Each country varies to some degree so I want to be as accurate as possible!. USPS Tracking is only good within the US. Any customs number is to be used by you after your package leaves the USA for your country. I cannot track beyond our borders. It is up to YOU to contact your customs port of entry to locate your item. I do not give refunds after a package leaves this country (US). It becomes your responsibility to locate your package. Do this with the customs number provided at time of mailing. IF you are not happy with your port of entry, consider asking me for a REGISTERED mail upgrade which will give tracking at all locations. There is a substantial fee for this service. CUSTOMS charges, if any are the SOLE responsibility of the buyer.

NO TRACKING, NO CUSTOMS NUMBER: if you purchase an item and opt for first class envelope shipping without tracking or customs number, I am not responsible for it's loss after I mail. Therefore, NO refunds. You always have the option as stated in the description to add a tracking or a customs number before purchasing.
