All items are made to order, the time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies, please see individual items.

ETSY SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please make sure your Etsy address is correct as this is the address orders will be sent to. If you would like your items to be shipped to an alternative please leave a note at checkout or message me directly with the preferred address.

SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY TIME
• All orders are sent from London United Kingdom within 3 to 5 days of cleared payment, with the exception of custom orders wherein processing times can be over 1 week. All order are shipped with tracking
• Inland (United Kingdom) orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked 48, delivery aim is 2 to 3 working days after posting.
• European Union orders are shipped via International Tracked and Signed/Signed (service varies depending on country), delivery aim is 3 to 5 working days following day of posting.
• Outside Europe orders (USA, Canada, Australia etc.) are shipped via International Tracked and Signed/ Signed (service varies depending on country), delivery aim is 5 to 7 working days following date of posting.

*Please bear in mind that these are the delivery aims given by the United Kingdom Royal Mail service and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer than estimated time frame due to current global pandemic. Shipping times can also often be delayed during the busy holiday season and during times of harsh weather conditions.

Please understand once item has been dispatched, it is completely out of my control, therefore I cannot be responsible for any delays due to crisis, bad weather, peak season delays or holds at local custom office. Refunds are only available after 60 days of item being dispatched and when the item has been confirmed as missing and a claim has been submitted successfully.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Customers are responsible for any and or all customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be charged by their respective countries or states.

Before leaving any negative/neutral feedback or opening a case please contact me so that we can discuss a refund or exchange. I will provide a full refund minus p+p costs provided that the item returns in it's original condition and packaging. All items must be recieved within 30 days.
