My very own paper flowers in my very own wedding bouquet.
Custom 80's inspired "Rubix Cube" wedding bouquet.

My story is not that exciting, I promise you....

So I've always been an intrinsically "crafty" person. Part of that comes from my father and the other part comes from my years spent in a sorority. As a sister in any sorority you tend do a lot of arts and crafts. A LOT. And you pick up little things here and there. But college was an unmentionable number of years ago for me....so we'll move on!

One day I decided to try my hand at making rolled paper flowers because I wanted something to compliment the neutral colors in the kitchen of our house. Well, they turned out pretty good. So from there, I decided to make a few more and post them for sale on Etsy....can't hurt to try it, right?

Well I didn't know at the time that these flowers were a really good budget-friendly alternative for special occasions, such as weddings, birthdays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day (and so on and so forth). These flowers were in high demand... I couldn't complain.

So here I am, over a year later, and I've expanded into making a variety of other products out of paper flowers: boutonnieres, hair accessories, corsages, wreaths....even wine charms!
