If customer service is a big deal for you, this seller is not for you. The cards came our great but overall Custer service was bad. They would tell me I would get updates within a certain time frame, after said time frame I would have to ask for an update, they never sent a shipping notification and did not respond when asked why. They fast reply to emails to do with the design, anthing else such as shipping, production time, etc, they do not answer or take forever to answer. The cards came out how I wanted but will never use their service again because of the low quality customer service.

I absolutely loved the way the invitations turned out. All the guests did too. The paper proposal was super responsive and helpful.

The finished product was classy and incredible. I needed an itinerary for a fancy corporate meeting. Cristina definitely goes above and beyond. One of the pages was for activities - she found little icons to display next to the words - I didn't even ask for that. She just did it! Even if you don't really know what you want, she uses her creativity to bring your vision to life. I will definitely use her again when I need invitations. She doesn't get irritated at all no matter how many corrections you have as she understands we just want it to look perfect.
