The shop was quick to respond to my request and I received my order quick, however I was a little disappointed in the packaging of my items. The sign I ordered was bent in the center and a few of the corners. I let Jennifer know that the package was received damaged and she offered to make another sign, but I felt the damage wasn't bad enough for just hanging on the door for a few hours. Then another disappointment when hanging the sign to the door the ribbons came out at one end. Didn't contact shop...I can easily glue, but was just a little disappointed. The other items I ordered were cute! Thank you!
