How To Measure Your Wrist Size:
Using a dress makers tape measure:
Measure around your wrist just above the sticky out bone! Don't measure too tight or too slack (I will add room for movement if a bespoke order).
Don't have a tape measure? - get a piece of string wrap around your wrist making a mark where it overlaps then put over a ruler – this will give you your wrist size.
Care instructions
Care of Leather
All items hand tooled by me have been given a top coat to help preserve them, Leather lasts longer & keeps better if you keep it away from water & extreme heat so if your item gets wet let it dry out gradually do not try to dry it with a hair dryer, or put in front of a fire etc as this will cause it to crack. Try not to let your leather goods become soaked in water as this will cause the colour to fade.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom Orders- Want something made to your spec? I am happy to make custom items for you, just convo me & after we are 100 % sure what you require I will craft your item as soon as full payment is made. Bespoke items are not covered by my return policy as these are custom orders & are unable to be restocked & sold, if you are unhappy with your custom order please contact me & I will do my best to sort something out.
Returns
Returns – If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days (contact me first within 14 days please) or exchange for a different size or another item. Refunds will be made within 14 days of me receiving the item in a satisfactory condition. Please note the condition of the item must be as new & with no scratches from fingernails etc while trying on the item. The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the item, initial postage of the item will not be included in the refund. Undelivered items: I always get proof of postage & if an item is lost in the mail, refunds will only be issued when the mail service have compensated me after the maximum of 25 delivery days has passed.
