· Here are some simple ways to keep your jewelry looking great!
· Please store your jewelry in a dry place. I offer anti-tarnish bags and anti-tarnish tabs for storage.
· Allow your perfume or lotions to dry before putting on your jewelry.
· You should not wear your jewelry in the shower, swimming, sauna, ocean.
· Remove before bedtime.

· I do everything I can to create and ship orders out as soon as I can.
· Please note the lead time to create your order. This does not include the shipping & delivery.

· If an item is ordered that is incorrect or you want to exchange it- then it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return/exchange shipping and the cost of reshipping the order.
· If you received free shipping this will not extend to reshipping.

· If an item is returned by the US Post Office:
1) The buyer is responsible for any fees associated with shipping the item back out again.
2) I am not responsible to redirect or ship an order again due to not deliver.
3) Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery because I do not have control over the USPS shipping

Returns-
· Please note that all items are not refundable.
· Personalized items are not refundable.
· Custom orders are not refundable.

· You must contact me first to see if the item is refundable.
· If you order is approved to be refunded - You have 14 days from item delivery to ship this item back to the me at your cost.
· I will inspect the item prior to issuing a return. All items must be returned.

Exchanges-
· Not all items can be exchanged.
· If you order is approved for an exchange of another item- You have 14 days from item delivery to ship this item back to the seller at your cost. I will inspect the item and create a new listing for the return shipping back to you at the buyers cost.

· Soon to come - If you would like to have your order wrapped in gift paper please contact me and I will set up a reserved listing for you. I will have a small selection of gift paper available. There will be a fee for this added service.
· Most of my jewelry will arrive in a box tied with a ribbon ready for gift giving.
· Some pieces may come in an organza bag ready for gift giving.

Unfortunately, I am not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdirected by the carrier.

I have no control once the package leaves J Jensen Designs.
