The Silver Hut specialises in delicate, beautiful handmade jewellery and is always made to the best quality I can achieve. Every piece is made with love and passion, for which I hope you have appreciated the end result!
Below is some useful information for you and my terms and conditions if you wish to purchase anything from my shop!
Operating times for The Silver Hut are as follows:
Mon - Fri All day
Sat Mornings only
Sun Away from the shop!
Postage cut off times are last purchase at 12.30pm GMT for same day postage on working days only.
Purchases made after 12.30pm will be posted the next available working day.
PLEASE NOTE WEEKENDS AND BANK HOLIDAYS WILL DELAY POSTAGE!
If you wish to contact me at the shop, you may contact me via Etsy convo and I will try to answer all questions within 24 hrs (also see shop operating times!)
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
As I said before I produce delicate, handmade jewellery and I always try to make each piece as strong as possible, as well as affordable as possible. I always try to use good quality materials at an affordable price, I use heavy weight 925 silver findings on all of my jewellery pieces and good quality threading materials.
Never the less, I recommend the following care instructions.....
Always check jewellery/silver cleaning product are safe to use with gemstones or glass beads before applying and always follow the manufactures instructions!
I recommend that you only ever wash jewellery with gemstones, dichronic glass beads and crystal in barely warm, mildly soapy water.
Take jewellery off when sleeping and bathing.
Store 925 silver in acid free un-coloured tissue paper to avoid tarnishing.
Keep each piece of jewellery in individual boxes to avoid breakages and bends in wire and chain.
Tibetan silver can change colour with constant wear, time and moisture. This is because Tibetan silver has a lower and un-descript amount of silver mixed in with the other alloys than sterling, 925 silver.

If you are experiencing problems paying on time or wish to ask for an extension in payment time, then please contact me via Etsy.

If you would like to order a custom item occasionally a 50% deposit is required, please contact me via the Etsy convo system with your requirements and when your item is ready to be dispatched or if a deposit is required a new reserved listing will be posted in The Silver Hut shop for you.
Deposits are non refundable if the customer pulls out of the transaction.
A deposit will be refunded if for some reason The Silver Hut cannot fufill the transaction.
