The communication and overall customer service received from Mark were exceptional. The maps were packaged with care along with a thank you note. - All Domestic orders will be sent via Royal Mail First Class. This service has an ETA of 1-2 days.
- All International orders will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail. This service has an ETA of 5-10 days approx.

1. Q: WILL MY PRINT(S) ARRIVE FRAMED?
A: No, all of our listings are for the print only. Frames are used for illustrational purposes.
2. Q: CAN I PURCHASE A LISTING WITH A FRAME INCLUDED?
A: No, we only provide the prints. However, all of our prints are available in popular 'generic' frame sizes which are available at most department stores and specific art outlets.
3. Q: WHEN WILL MY PRINT(S) BE PRINTED AND DISPATCHED?
A: Your print(s) will be printed and dispatched either the same day or the next day. Only in exceptional circumstances will your print be printed and sent out to you outside of this one day window.
4. Q: WHEN WILL MY PRINT(S) ARRIVE?
A: For orders within the UK, your print(s) will be sent via Royal Mail First Class, which will have an ETA of 1-2 days. For International Orders, your print(s) will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Airmail, which will have an ETA of 5-10 business days. Please note this is approximate and in some cases International items can take up to 30 days to arrive.
5. Q: IN WHAT KIND OF PACKAGING WILL MY PRINT(S) BE SHIPPED?
A: Your art will be sent to you in very strong hardboard envelope or in a rigid postal tube. The envelopes we source are purposely made for sending item such as ours. When it comes to packaging items for delivery through the mail system, this level of protection simply has to be undertaken.
6. Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRINT HAS NOT ARRIVED WITHIN THE EXPECTED TIME FRAME?
A: If your print has not arrived in the UK after 3 days or Internationally after 30 days, please contact us (via the ask a question tab) and we will sort it out for you. Another print will be sent to you free of charge or we will issue you with a full refund.
7. Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PRINT(S) OR IT HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED?
A: If for any reason you are not happy with your print(s) then please contact us. You will have the choice of a print replacement or a full refund.
8. Q: CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER? FOR EXAMPLE, I'D LIKE A CERTAIN QUOTE OR COLOUR SCHEME?
A: Yes you can! At Maparoo, we love to design custom maps and really enjoy the process of working with our customers to create bespoke works of art. If you are interested in this service, email and let us know what you'd like. Please note there will be an extra charge of £10.00 for this service.
9. Q: I RUN A RETAIL OUTLET/GIFT SHOP/COMPANY OR ONLINE STORE AND I WOULD LIKE TO STOCK YOUR PRINTS. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
A: Yes of course! If you are interested to wholesale our prints, please email us with your name and website (if applicable), your requirements and a little information about your business. Thanks!
