No. At present we are not offering any printing services. All our services are related to designing. We email final file to you and you can print it at near by printers. You are responsible for printing.

Let's face it - If we print for you, we would charge for our time, services and shipping and it would take few days to get it delivered. Rather than waiting long for delivery and spending extra money, with your little efforts, it would be fast and cost effective to print at your end. Many printers offer same day pickup or even 1 hour printing. Take advantage of it !

We typically give first proof in 3 to 5 business days and also try to complete & deliver design within 3 to 5 business days. Business days/hours are Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time (excluding holidays and weekends).

We understand certain last minute planning and we work after hours, weekends and holidays to accommodate last minute requests. If you are in hurry, you have following rush options available by paying little extra - 1 Business Day, 24 Hours, 8 Hours, and 4 Hours.

You can upload design to their website or walk in with flash drive to pickup from store or get it delivered to your doorstep.

Please note that printed colors may vary from one computer to another and from one printer to another printer. If color is very important to you, we recommend you print a sample copy of an image shown in listing before purchasing.

We recommend using thicker paper for items like boards, cupcake toppers, etc. so that it can get good support.

- We do not offer refund or exchange digital download listings or once a customized design has been delivered.

Yes, I put details about my shop in all digital files I deliver. That is just a way to show who designed item and it would be in a small font.
