Shipping

SHIPPING TIME.
The majority of items in my shop are already made so it takes a maximum of two bussiness days for me to ship the item. Some of them are made specially for you, in that case it will take me 2-3 bussiness days to make it. As soon as I post the item I will send you a confirmation message to let you know. If the shipping address is within Europe it should take less than 5 bussiness days to get there. For other destinations it will take a bit longer!

SHIPPING METHODS.
To avoid any item getting lost all items are shipped as registered postage. This way you are able to track the item as it gets to its new home from the moment I leave it at the post office.

LOST OR DELAYED.
In this unfortunate scenario I please ask to wait six weeks before resending your item. If your item does not arrive in that time frame please contact me. Because of my working method it will depend on the purchased item for me to be able to make it again. Anyways, I can promise you we will find a way to keep you happy :)
