All products are OOAK because I make the recipes myself (I do not use pre-made base products); everything is from scratch using the highest quality (cruelty-free) ingredients. I also test every single item on myself before selling it to you. So rest assured, cause I am allergic to everything! LOL

SHOP POLICIES: Shipping, Tracking, Cancelations & Returns:

Shipping: I ship all things "as green as possible" - meaning, I might re-use packaging, so long as said packaging is in good shape.

Tracking: Shipping costs are crazy-expensive. For that reason, I will give you the option to purchase "item tracking" - even without it, I have not run into any issues with "missing items" or "damaged items." NOTE: The holidays do slow shipping speeds down quite a bit - please be patient during these times.

Cancelations: I accept cancelations on ready-to-ship items; so long as you contact me promptly and the item is not packaged for shipment. (Cancelations are not guaranteed).

Returns For Sundry Products: Because these are "beauty products" for safety and sanitary reasons, I can not accept returns (unless the specific product you buy is sealed and un-opened).

Returns For Art Products: Satisfaction is guaranteed. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery WITH tracking; buyer pays return shipping and item has to be in original condition/re-sellable.
