Announcement    Thank you so much for stopping by Tomoko's Art Shoppe. Here you will find a variety of handcrafted items from polymer clay creations, yarn creations, paintings, drawings, textile and beaded jewelry, and most recently I have been making mini baskets. Hope you find something you like here and will stop by and visit me often to see my latest creations.

I do my best to post measurements of all items as accurately as possible. If I have overlooked any details, please feel free to message me any questions. Please have a ruler handy to make sure you are purchasing the proper size you require. Returns are accepted on some items, however, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser and the item must be returned without any damage. A refund will be applied after receipt of the item.

Please note that USPS, as well as other delivery services, are experiencing difficulties in delivery, and your package may take longer than usual to arrive. I send out my orders within a day or two, or the next mail pick-up day, however the mail carrier may or may not pick up the package as scheduled.

Please note that during holidays and all special occasions days such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, etc., USPS postal services may be delayed due to the volume of packages being delivered during these times. Please order your Special Occasion items at least a month in advance to ensure timely delivery. Please also note that I do not have control over delivery and any circumstances that may arise regarding the delivery of packages.

I examine everything I pack carefully and do my best to pack your purchase as thoughtfully as possible, but if you have a problem upon receipt, please inform me as soon as possible and I will try my best to resolve the issue as best as I can.
I sometimes use clean recycled boxes and packaging when shipping items. Please recycle and purchase upcycled items to do our share in helping our planet.
