USPS postage rates have gone up. All international rates have been revised to reflect this change. Please note that I ship priority mail only to international destinations which will expedite your shipping and provide a tracking #. If you want your package insured, please let me know. Please do not ask me to label your shipments as a "gift" to save custom fees. This is illegal. Thank you for understanding.

--TutusChic Boutique is an original handmade shop with all items made by me. I cannot not offer discounts on orders with multiple handmade items or accept wholesale orders. Handmade for you and not mass produced!
--My store is composed of entirely handmade items which can sometimes vary from the photos. Handmade is never identical, but unique!

EXCERPT FROM POLICY SECTION:
All sales are final on our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each creation is custom made and shipped with great care. There are no returns on leotards, custom tutus, custom headpieces or rush orders.
--Cancelled orders are subject to up to a 30% charge . This charge will be deducted from the refunded amount and covers transaction and administrative fees. Please check our shipping dates carefully! Rush orders are sometimes available. See Policy section please for more info. Prices are subject to change. Purchase guarantees a set price.
~I cannot guarantee color matches from computer monitors. If this is an important event such as a wedding, I highly recommend ordering tulle samples to match your palette. I do not accept returns for incorrect colors. I am happy to assist as much as possible in your search!
