I currently only accept payment through Etsy and paypal.

As everything in my shop is lovingly hand crafted it usually takes me around 2-3 weeks to make and ship an order. I work part time so sew on my days off. If you need an order urgently please email me before buying to check that I can make it in time.

Shipping in the UK takes 2-3 working days and Internationally 1-2 weeks. It can occasionally take longer to arrive so if you need your order in a hurry please contact me before buying.

Please be aware that some countries may charge customs fees. You are responsible for paying that fee when your order arrives.

I'm not currently shipping to Germany due to the new packing law (VerpackG)

I can adapt some of my designs so if you would like shorter sleeves, cat ears, extra length, etc... please contact me. I may need to charge extra for this depending on your requests.

If the sale is not completed within a month of ordering, I reserve the right to cancel your order. Please make sure you have included your size and colour choices in your order. Please make sure you check your email.

If you ask for extras on top of the original sale which were not included in the original price, I reserve the right to cancel your order.

I only sew part time so cannot take on completely bespoke orders. I also don't currently offer wholesale orders. But if you would like to order 3 or more items contact me before ordering as I can sometimes offer discount on similar designs (e.g same dress, stitching colour)

I take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information when you purchase an item or contact me through Etsy.

Information I collect.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the item that you are ordering.

Why I need your information and what I use it for.

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

*as needed to provide services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

*if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information sharing and disclosure.

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you with services and to comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information where reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.


Data retention.

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.

I generally keep your data (in most instances this is only a copy of the invoice for your original purchase here through Etsy) for the following time periods: 6 business years, as per UK tax requirements.


Your Rights.

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases, including:

*Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information that I hold about you, by contacting me either with a direct message here at Etsy, or by using the contact information listed below.

*Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (for instance, where I am required to store data for legal reasons – i.e tax purposes). I will generally delete your personal information upon request.

*Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have a compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

*Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
