Just click and download:
A mail from Etsy will be sent to your mail account with the Download links automatically after the payment.
If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you'll see the message "View your files link" which goes to the "Downloads" page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.
Or into your "Purchases and Reviews" section, look for the order, you can click "Download Files" anytime you want.
