We sincerely hope that your buying experience is a pleasurable one and that you will love and cherish your purchased item for many years to come! You can rest assured that we take the greatest care in packing your treasure so that it arrives to your home or business safe and sound!
We love what we sell, and we always use our intuition and mid-level knowledge of the arts to ensure that your item is authentic and not a fake to the best of our limited ability. We are only human, so it is possible we can get something wrong or not notice something important. If we made a mistake, it was not intentional or fraudulent and we apologize in advance.
OUR POLICY (rev.10218) Chapt.1 - DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEMS
We do not proclaim to be experts with any of the items that we sell. We buy, and re-sell based on our sincere love for art, antiques, collectables and incredible hand-made items. We try our very best to provide you with detailed descriptions of every item that we sell, and with information of any notable imperfections or repairs.
- Please be advised that all photographs are part of the description, so please carefully review all of them. In some cases, there may be white spots, imperfect color or possible distortion due to lighting, flash, etc. If you would like additional ones, please contact us.
POLICY (rev.10218) Chapt.2 - WHAT ARE WE SELLING: MAJORITY “VINTAGE"
The majority of the items that we sell are classified as “Vintage”, meaning previously loved and owned by others. We do our best to describe each and every piece accurately.
We cannot guarantee the authenticity of every item. However, it is of our best intention to offer items that we honestly feel are original and not frauds, fakes or illegal copies. We try to use common sense and perform reasonable evaluations before we offer anything and resell it to you.
● We are not appraisers and cannot offer official appraisals.
POLICY (rev.10218) Chapt.3 - INFO ABOUT RETURNS Or CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final! We do not generally do Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations due to the nature of our inventory. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and let us know the reason.
We reserve the right to decline or to accept your request to return your item(s). You must return it to us within 7 days of the delivered package with the original packaging if possible. Do not return items without prior approval.
● ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
All items are shipped via USPS or FedEx and will include Full Insurance of the Item and a Tracking Number for your convenience.
Shipping notification will be sent to your ETSY email address when your order is shipped.
• ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY YOU ON YOUR ETSY ACCOUNT.
• PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE ACCURACY OF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS!!
If packages are returned by the post office due to an error on the address given by the buyer, a new postage/handling payment will be required to reship.
● OUR SHIPPING CHARGES
Our shipping rate charges are based on: item weight and size; packaging and handling; carrier freight charges. We ship our items fully insured for the value and with a tracking number for your convenience.
If there is any problem with the order, please let us know immediately and give us a chance to work things out before you leave any negative feedback.
Please note: we are willing to negotiate the shipping costs on multiple item purchases that will be packaged & shipped together.
Our goal is to make this purchase a positive and fun experience for you! Because we don’t sell in quantity and everything that we do sell is a different size and weight, it is often impossible to come up with a precise cost to ship in advance.
● INFO ABOUT DAMAGED SHIPMENT
All work is insured to its full value for any damage that may occur in shipping. If a piece has arrived in damaged condition, please contact us immediately for additional instructions.
Please keep all original packaging materials on hand for return shipment of the item. All work kept beyond 48 hours without notification is assumed delivered safely and constitutes a final sale.

● OUR GALLERY
We are located in beautiful N.E. Lancaster County, PA. This is a small family run business. Our Gallery is part of our home and open by appointment & invitation only. You can personally see about 90% of our collection, and you can make a purchase without paying the shipping costs!
● INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Currently, we do not sell Internationally due to many factors. Domestic USA shipping only!!!
