All my heat bags come with a washable cover. Machine wash and machine dry cover only. Please DO NOT attempt to wash the interior grain bag. It should not get wet if at all possible. If grain bag does get wet please warm it with a hairdryer, place it close by a heater, or place it in the sunshine so as to let it dry quickly.

I can place a small note in with your package if you would like me to. At times I MAY even be able to wrap it in a generic but nice wrapping paper so as to make it look more like a gift. Please contact me with any questions.

Well- we have only once or twice in 4 years had a complaint regarding our items so we hope it will continue that way- but yes please contact us as soon as possible and let us know what the problem is! We will make every attempt to fix the problem!

We accept cancellations on regular* orders however sometimes we are able to ship the item out so quickly that you may not have time to cancel it. We always try to ship out "next day" however sometimes it takes a bit longer.
(*at this point we cannot accept cancellations on custom orders)

We are not responsible for the delivery of the items further than our placing it in the mailbox. We package it as well as possible and it should arrive to you in good shape. If you have mis-addressed the package in purchasing details that is something we cannot fix. Please make sure shipping address etc is complete and correct before completing your purchase.
