We design, sew and ship from our european workshops. The quality of sewing and design is equal in each one of the workshops no matter where in the EU they are located.

!!! After shipping and giving you the tracking number - we don't carry any responsibility for the package shipped and cannot do anything for postal delays, losses, transportation damages or customs inspections delays. Those are processes we cannot control, foresee or influence in any regard !!!
Shipping is done within 5 working days upon receiving payment, this is the time needed for sewing and packaging of your items.
Delivery time is usually 7-14 working days for Europe and 9-16 working days for the rest of the world. Exceptions are possible due to int. or local post delays and customs delays. Please have understanding for this and allow your packages the time to arrive.
!!! Recently the delivery to USA may take up to ca. 45 business days due to strict Custom Inspections !!! This is an exception to usual delivery time and couldn't be foreseen. We cannot be held responsible for this circumstance, as it depends on US Customs Regulations.
