DELIVERIES TO THE UK
Orders up to £150: Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, aim next working day.
Orders over £150: Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed next working day.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE UK
Royal Mail International Tracked, aim is within 3–7 working days.
If your country is not listed please contact me for a shipping price. I deliver to most countries that have tracking from the UK.
ORDERING MORE THAN ONE ITEM
Setting the shipping price for more than one item is not possible until I know the total value, weight and volume of the combined parcel. Please contact me if you would like a shipping quote. Alternatively please go ahead and order multiple goods and I will reimburse you for the excess postage costs when I have packed and weighed everything together. I will do everything I can to keep postage costs to a minimum.
SHIPPING DELAY, LOSS OR DAMAGE
Delay:
If your UK package does not arrive by the due delivery date please contact me ASAP. I'm sorry, compensation for delays outside the UK are no longer made.
Lost:
Goods are considered lost:
UK: 14 working days after the due delivery date.
Europe: 20 working days after the due delivery date.
Outside Europe: 25 working days after the due delivery date.
Please contact me if you think your parcel has been lost in the post.
Damaged:
If your order arrives damaged please contact me asap including photos of your purchase and the packaging it arrived in.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
In addition to your legal rights, I recommend that you return the goods in the same or similar packaging as supplied and use a service that includes insurance for loss. Mark the parcel "FRAGILE" and, since you have to pay for the return delivery, please make sure you get proof of posting.
HIGH POST & PACKING CHARGES
I'm sorry that postal charges keep increasing – these are due to Etsy fees, inflation, the pandemic and withdrawal from the EU.
Shipping costs are subject to bank fees and Etsy commission – totalling 13%.
Royal Mail offers insurance for loss of ceramics in transit but these tracked services are more expensive.
My ceramics are packed in a box with lots of padding to minimise the chance of breaking. Unfortunately larger, heavier ceramics increase the packing and postal charges.
Preparing ceramics for shipping is a careful process but with the right size box and protective filling, I'll ensure that your purchase leaves me securely wrapped in the most economical way possible.
FREE SHIPPING
I can not offer free shipping because it would inflate the prices of my products (illegally) which in turn means higher taxes and custom fees for customers outside of the UK. Free shipping also makes returns and refunds very complicated. "Shipping included" would be a better policy but Etsy will not facilitate it.

5 out of 5 starsAs soon as I saw this I knew I would love it so ordered this beautiful Dove vase. It arrived very quickly & I'm delighted with it. It is surprisingly sturdy & has a lovely matte finish, I think the simple design is gorgeous & really love the 'flow' of the piece, which adds something extra special. I have found the perfect twig to place inside the vase as I did like the way it was shown online & am going to varnish this & attach a little greenery to bring it to life. Now all I have to do is find the perfect spot to display it - I've narrowed it down to 3 places now!! Delivery was speedy & problem free, the item being superbly packed to avoid damage in the post.
