This exquisite bird is, tragically, extinct and can only be appreciated in paintings. This print has beautiful colors and is on thick paper, so it's a joy to behold! Welcome to Vickie's Beach House - Home of Vickie's Vintage Prints! Rescuing Once-Loved Treasures!

I've always been a collector of "other people's junk" and have many treasures that may have eventually ended up in a land fill.

I found Etsy's Vintage side in 2008 and since then it has become my mission in life to "rescue" the "unwanted" and find great homes for them with people who will once again treasure them!

Because of the age of my prints/book plates - none of them are NEW. There may be flaws and I try to point out everything that I know is wrong. Sometimes things get overlooked - please forgive me for that.

Except for surface dust I do not attempt to clean the prints in my shop. I prefer to leave them as I found them, leaving the vintage / antique patina and aging on the pages I sell.

If you have any problems with one of my prints, please email me and we can work together to find a solution.
