I'd like to review the seller. The seller could not locate the item I purchased. They contacted me immediately to explain the situation and continued looking. When their self-imposed deadline passed, they immediately refunded me and offered me the item at a discount if they find it. Excellent customer service and I would continue doing business with them.

I bought this item for my boss because she loves pansies. I actually really loved the item, but when the glasses arrived, I was informed by my mom that the flowers definitely weren't pansies. I guess I need a botany lesson. The one thing I was pretty disappointed about was that the glasses didn't come with the box that they were pictured with. I was definitely under the impression from the way it was pictured that the box would be included. I paid with my bank account by PayPal figuring that it would be the fastest way to get to my money and for the seller to get to my payment, alas, it obviously wasn't, so of course the item couldn't ship right away and arrived after Christmas when my entire office was relying on me to get it here for my boss. Luckily my boss liked the glasses. I just was underwhelmed with the experience.
