Returns: Contact us within 14 days of delivery of the item. Buyer is responsible for the return postage cost, which is non-refundable, and buyer is responsible for returning the item. Item to be returned within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the buyer.
Item to be returned in the same condition as when received by the buyer, ie: unused and with the original packaging, where applicable. The buyer has a duty of care whilst the item is in their possession.
Order cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please request an order cancellation within 3 hours of purchase.
Exchanges: We don't accept exchanges of goods.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days. 'Working days' excludes Saturday/Sunday, Christmas, Easter and public holidays. We sometimes dispatch orders on a Saturday.

United Kingdom: Royal Mail 2nd Class. Occasionally Parcelforce.
Overseas: Royal Mail International Airmail.

If an individual item price is over £20.00 GB Pounds, then Recorded Delivery (UK Signed-For, or Overseas Tracked) is included.
If you require Signed-For or Tracked delivery for an item of £20.00 GB Pounds or less, contact us before purchase so we may adjust the shipping costs.
The seller reserves the right to cancel orders from countries with postal problems.

The time taken by the postal service to deliver your order, which is beyond the control of the seller. See listings, or order details, for the estimated time, but here are some guidelines:
United Kingdom: Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3 working days but they occasionally take longer.
USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 7-28 working days.
Other: 14-28 working days.
Please allow extra time for public holidays, Christmas-New Year holidays, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, disease pandemics, industrial action by the postal services and or transport networks, customs delays and any other circumstance that may delay delivery.
'Working days' defined as Mon-Fri excluding Christmas, Easter, public holidays and strike days.

All of our items are pre-owned vintage or antique pieces, and therefore not in 'new' condition. Items have varying amounts of wear, usage, and signs of age. Please see individual listings for condition details.
Vintage perfume bottles and beauty products are sold as collectable items for display purposes and are generally not recommended for personal use, depending on the item (for example an empty powder compact may be suitable for re-use).

The seller reserves the right to not complete any transaction which is deemed as unsuitable to normal business. Examples of such circumstances include, but are not limited to:
-Buyer's name and/or address appears to be false, illegible, incomplete or missing.
-Suspicious, unrealistic or abusive activity on a buyer's Etsy profile and/or transaction details.
-Unresponsive buyers, when contacted about a transaction.
-Destination countries that are experiencing postal problems.

For shipping purposes, the buyer's name and address must be provided in western style Latin script (letters A-Z, numbers 0-9). Other scripts (for example Russian, Hebrew, Arabic and Chinese etc) are not acceptable for shipping purposes.

Buyers who select the 'Mark as Gift' option will receive their order with no price information enclosed inside the package. The 'Mark as Gift' option does not apply to customs declaration documents (where applicable, on international packages). 'Mark as Gift' is not a gift wrapping service.
