Do you ship to parcel forwarding services?

We are currently unable to ship to parcel forwarding services. Please contact before placing your order if you require shipping to a parcel forwarding service.

How are orders packaged?

Each order is placed in a protective plastic sheet with a thin backing card and a thicker piece of cardboard for protection. Orders are shipped in standard envelopes.

Can I get express shipping or tracking?

If you would like express shipping or tracking please contact me before purchasing for a quote based on your location. Please note that shipping times are estimates and AusPost does not guarantee shipping times unless you opt for one of their express courier services.

What are shipping times and estimates?

All shipping is via Australia Post. International mail is via standard airmail and domestic mail is regular mail.

Can you combine orders I made at different times?

We ship as quickly as possible often on the same day that you place your order, because of this we cannot combine orders to ship which have been placed at different times.

Can you ship my order to a different address?

We are only able to ship to the address you use when placing the order. If your order has not already been shipped, we are happy to cancel it so you can reorder using a different address.

Returns

Returns are dealt with on a case by case basis. All items are thoroughly checked for quality and photographed before posting. Please read all descriptions carefully before making your purchase. If you have any problems with your order or would like to return it, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to help.

Late or lost parcels

We ship via Australia Post and international postage times vary a lot. Please note that shipping times provided are estimates only.

If your parcel is over 15 working days past the original estimate (usually around 25 working days total) we can help by lodging a late item request via Australia Post. Please note that Australia Post doesn't allow us to lodge an investigation before that time frame so we generally suggest checking with your local post office first to make sure that your package hasn't been misfiled or they aren't holding it for any reason.
