Frequently asked questions
How long will my order take to arrive?
The preparation time required to make an item before it is despatched is usually 3-5 days. Individual listings show the estimated delivery timing for that item. PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERY TIMINGS ARE ESTIMATES ONLY and that delivery may take longer than this.
For UK customers, an upgrade to Special Delivery is available at checkout.
Can I get faster delivery?
If you would like your goods to be delivered quickly, please send me a message stating your location and the item that you are interested in before making a purchase. Can I get a fabric sample?
I offer a fabric sample service for the silk bridal purses and clutch bags in plain colours, as well as the bag designs in Harris Tweed for sale in my shop. If you are looking to colour match a bag to your dress/outfit I recommend that you order a fabric sample before placing an order for a bag. You can order a sample from one of the listings in the Items section 'Fabric Samples' shown at the bottom of the menu on the home page here:

I’m ordering a personalised bag - can I include an emoji with the lettering?
No, an emoji can’t be included with the embroidered lettering.
What is your Returns and Exchanges Policy?
The bags and purses for sale in my shop are handmade to order, and most can be Personalised. Personalised and Custom Order items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. Orders for items that are Not Personalised are returnable and can be exchanged. The buyer is required to:
~ contact me within 14 days of delivery to notify me of the return
~ despatch the item back to me in its original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original, unused condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. To return or exchange a non-personalised item, the buyer can contact me via the ’Contact Shop’ or ‘Message Sheila' button below.
